1. Click the link in your email to open your Heritage Film in your web browser.
2. Once the video loads, you can play it directly in the browser.
3. In the upper right corner, you’ll see three gray icons aligned vertically.
4. Hover your cursor over the middle icon — it looks like a down arrow pointing at a bracket.
5. Click the download arrow.
6. A panel will appear on the right side with several download options.
7. Select the top option: “Original file.”
8. Click the arrow again to begin downloading.
9. When prompted, choose a location on your computer to save the file.
10. Click “Save” — your download will start.

Wait for the download to complete before shutting down or closing your computer.
